OrderPrintKit provides Shopify Order Printer snippets and scoped template fix services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us about privacy questions.

• Messages submitted through the contact form or by email.
• Checkout-related context such as the product purchased, checkout email, and payment status when provided by Creem.

We also collect limited usage data, such as page visits and button clicks, through analytics tools. We avoid sending template code, message bodies, or email addresses to analytics events.

Payments

Payments are processed by Creem or another checkout provider shown at checkout. We do not store full card numbers or payment credentials. The payment provider may collect payment, billing, tax, and fraud-prevention information under its own terms and privacy policy.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

• Respond to support and template fix requests.
• Match Creem payments with the related template request.
• Prepare, deliver, and improve Shopify Order Printer snippets and fixes.
• Monitor site reliability, abuse prevention, and product performance.
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.

Sharing
