Agreement

These Terms of Service apply to your use of OrderPrintKit, including free Shopify Order Printer snippets, the contact form, email support, and paid template fix services. By using the site or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

OrderPrintKit provides Liquid snippets, template guidance, and scoped fixes for Shopify Order Printer templates. We do not provide tax, accounting, customs, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and testing any template code before using it in production.

Orders and Payment

Paid services may be purchased through Creem or another checkout provider shown at checkout. Prices, service scope, and delivery expectations are displayed on the pricing or checkout page when available. After payment, you may need to send the template details through the contact form using the same checkout email so the order can be matched to the request.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the clarity of the request, template complexity, store-specific constraints, and response time for follow-up questions. If a request is outside the purchased scope, we may offer a revised quote or decline the extra work.

Refunds

If you paid for a service and work has not started, contact us as soon as possible at support@orderprintkit.com. Because template fixes are custom work, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun or a deliverable has been sent. We will review support issues in good faith.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information and enough template detail to complete the request.
• Do not submit unlawful, infringing, or sensitive information that is not needed for the template fix.
• Back up your original Shopify Order Printer templates before applying changes.
• Test all output, including totals, taxes, addresses, barcodes, and customs fields, before production use.

No Warranty

The site, snippets, and services are provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that a snippet will meet every store requirement, app setup, printer setup, scanner setup, or compliance need. To the maximum extent allowed by law, OrderPrintKit disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, OrderPrintKit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages related to use of the site, snippets, or services.

Third-Party Services

OrderPrintKit may link to Shopify documentation, Creem checkout, analytics providers, email providers, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. OrderPrintKit is not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify.
